4 whole chicken breasts, bone in, with skin removed,cut in
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup Rickey`s World Famous Chicken Wing Sauce for milder
chicken and Rickey`s Louisiana Hot Sauce for hotter chicken
Preheat the oven to 350*F. Line a shallow pan with heavy-duty
aluminum foil and grease the foil lightly with vegetable oil.
Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry.
In a shallow plate, combine the bread crumbs, salt, garlic,
paprika, curry powder and black pepper.
Place the Rickey`s World Famous Hot Sauce in a shallow dish
and lightly coat the chicken pieces in it. Dredge the pieces
in the seasoned crumbs.
Arrange the chicken in the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes,
until cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve hot or cold. Perfect for picnics.
